Can the same accessory appear in two workflows?
Reference it once and mark it as shared. If it is offered for sale, identify the proposed package it belongs to so it is not counted twice.
Are columns and consumables part of the system?
List them separately, stating what they are and whether they are included. Do not treat them as part of the instrument merely because they appear beside it in a photograph.
What if the workflow was changed after its last use?
